  4. If you agree and pay, we can schedule the work and I will work with your team to learn the nuances of your process and build something you can sell.

  5. At the two week mark, I present initial plans and progress. If you don't want to continue, we can terminate the project and refund you the entire amount. No hard feelings.

  6. At or before the three month mark, we demo the software and with the go-ahead, we will set it live so you can begin selling it to your prospects.

  7. For the following 3 months, we address any bugs and issues, and can be contracted to build additional feature and for continued maintenance beyond then.

Regularly, you would have to hire and educate a team of full-time employees to build something like this. A product manager and one to three programmers will probably cost at least $300k per year.
